Looks completely amazing in the photos for the Daily Telegraph and the Daily Mail - Totally beautiful in that black widow ' I'll eat you' kind of way.

The last time my photo was on the front of the DT I was holding Brown's letter of non-apology and looked like a dinner lady being held captive by Al Qaeda (or so a commenter thought!)

How darn lucky for her she had that big photo shoot just weeks before she walked and just days after her, Hazel Blears and Siobhan McDonough - the first of the female knife wielders - had their cosy supper.

What an absolute fluke, otherwise they would have had to use those other dull photos we usually see in the paper.

The Red dress, shoes, stylist, hairdresser and makeup artists along with the professional photographers and lighting technician made sure the media had something eye catching
for the front pages this weekend. Phew, thank goodness for that little co-incidence!!

I wonder why Hazel didn't have a professional photo shoot done? Well, I'm not being unkind when I say it would have been hard for her to compete in terms of the glamour stakes so she went for the big 'rocking the boat' gimmick for her impact.

If anyone tries to tell you that the Blears/Flint double act wasn't planned, staged and executed in a way only women know how, then laugh out loud.

They did what women do best and they did it with style.

"...looked like a dinner lady..." Don't be silly - that's impossible. I've just had a look at the online edition of the Mail - Caroline Flint is almost unrecognisable. It strikes me as slightly inconsistent to accuse the Deal Leader of using her as 'window dressing' and then to arrange for a photo like this to be used when she announces her resignation. Still, it's all in a good cause, isn't it; although I rather hope that Brown hangs on and 'grinds the bastards into the dust' all on his own. Oh, that phrase sounds familiar... where have I heard that before? ;-)

Perhaps Hazel's best piccies have been saved for Bike magazine.

That's what women do best? God help us.

How on earth did Flint's photo shoot for the Observer do much other than promote the idea of her as political totty, precisely what she's accused Brown of? And let's not forget that Caroline, Minister for Europe, proudly admitted she had not read the Lisbon treaty. Perhaps she was too busy looking for appropriate clothing for photo shoots. Julie Kirkbride had a proffesional photoshoot. Say no more.

@Nigel Allergy:- Quite right. Perhaps we'll see some rather more risque pictures of Ms Flint on 'page 3' next week, holding an unread copy of the Lisbon Treaty to cover her modesty?

She cannot have it both ways - if she wants to be seen as a serious individual she needs to avoid glam photo shoots like these. She looks idiotic and totally unprofessional. You don't see senior female bankers, City law firm partners, big 4 accountancy partners or businesswomen parading around like this do you? It is completely beneath them regardless of their looks. Ladies, think and act professionally please.

When I saw those pics of Caroline Flint I thought what a monument to the art of airbrushing they are. She was totally unrecognisable and has never looked that good in her life. Bit much to complain about not being taken seriously however, whilst wearing a low cut red dress and thrusting her boobs out!

It seems like she tried to double cross the coven by encouraging them to resign and then hoping to be promoted herself in their wake. Backfired in spectacular style so she must have no friends left now in Westminster. Her resignation letter said everything about her unsuitability to hold any office. In the meantime we now appear to be being governed by ever more UNELECTED people, how can this be allowed to happen in this supposidly democractic country? Oh, thats right, it's not a democratic country anymore, silly me.
