Have an article on me today which is just a joke. I haven't owned a holiday home in South Africa or owned a home in the Cotswolds since marriage split. As I have said over and over, I rent two homes. They probably got that information from the register which I probably havent up-dated but they really should have just asked me, they phone often enough!

They have written a dis-jointed article which I found difficult to understand, goodness knows how anyone else would be able to.

In one para they state,  'she rents a property in the Cotswolds just 100 miles from her constituency in Bedfordshire'. Meaning what exactly?

OK, I'll read it in a minute. You have to admit, however, the overall story and the Daily and Sunday Telegraph in particular have paralysed Parliament. I am totally gripped by it. Who's have thought, Labour's longest-serving junior minister, Elliot Morley, would have been suspended by the party over ANYTHING. In 34 years in journalism and government media relations, I have not known a story like it, for its wide range and longevity.

Nadine, Hush. You are OK, let the truth speak for you, you don't need to try and defend the nonsense against you. This whole mess is Labours' and "Jimmy" Brown's. The Telegraph is running out of steam, Sky was always biased. Our time as decent Conservatives is coming. Our deadwood is just that and about to become cast off driftwood! Love your picures!

I'm going to add to your woes now- the News of the World have included your name in their list of Members of Parliament we should sack at the next election.

As I do not live in Mid Bedford you are not, unfortunately, my MP Nadine. However I have been following your career since you fought so desperately for an amendment to the Abortion law. I feel you are level headed, honest, trustworthy and altogether decent. From the comments that your constituents have made I know that they admire and respect you for the hard work and commitment you have put into serving them. Do not let the media destroy all you have worked for Nadine. So what if you do spend some of your time in the Cotswolds with your family - that is not a crime nor I believe in any way deceitful. Come June I will be voting - for the first time in my life - for the Conservative Party. That will not be a protest vote but one well earned - by you. I hope David appreciates your qualities as much as the rest of us do and gives you a much earned promotion. Enjoy the rest of your day.

All the press are trying to get on this bandwagon. One of the tragedies of it is that the reputation of all MP's have been affected by the behaviour of a (significant) minority. I am confident that you will rise above it all and that most of your constituents will know the truth.

Your reaction to the Telegraph letter was all woman. You would never see a politician write a reply like that in a million years, that is what I love about you. We need more women like you in Parliament who emote and speak like the rest of us. If we had normal people in politics we wouldn’t be in this mess.

Does David Cameron realise that the Brownies have sent Flint out in a frock into the papers to compete with the number of glam pictures that appear of you everywhere? You are a Tory missile and I dont think you have a clue how nuclear Labour think you are. Best wishes, don't let the buggers get you down.

Dolly Draper and Mc Bride are behind all of this. I hope the whips are supporting you and not hiding in their own bunkers.

How odd. I placed a critical comment on this site under another name, and it was not published. I was also denied access to the site. Most peculiar!

This is one high octance roller coaster of a blog. I know it's tough for you Nadine, but if you ever become like a normal MP, I for one will be gutted.

Why is it you are the only MP standing up for yourself? Are the others really as pathetic and weak as they come across? If that is so then they deserve to go. Tell them to get some balls NAdine.

I have also been gripped by the revelations published by the Telegraph. To say I felt sick to my stomach by the greed and arrogance of Ministers with the public purse, would be an understatement.
